This data has been provided on the basis that it is not sold or offered for sale by any means whatsoever.

Your access to this database and the files therein (herein collectively called "content"), or your possession of any of this database's content, constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. You must preserve any copyright notice in the database content you obtain, no matter how you obtained said content, and you must include such notice verbatim in any copies that you make or distribute, no matter how you make or distribute said copies.

2. You must preserve this license agreement in the database content you obtain, no matter how you obtained said content, and you must include this license agreement verbatim in any copies that you make or distribute, no matter how you make or distribute said copies.

3. You may not charge for any of this database's content you distribute, no matter how you distribute it.

4. You may not include any of this database's content in a product or service you sell or offer for sale.

5. You may not sell or offer for sale any GPS receiver into which any portion of this database has been loaded.

PLEASE NOTE THAT  Tony Green IS NOT APPROVED BY CASA OR ANY OTHER AUTHORITY TO COMPILE AVIATION DATA AND THEREFORE THIS DATA MUST NOT BE USED FOR  NAVIGATION.

IF YOU DO USE THIS DATA, YOU SHOULD  FIRST INDEPENDENTLY CHECK THE ACCURACY OF THE DATA. IF IN DOING SO YOU FIND ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS WE WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU WOULD LET US KNOW.
